The West End Flats

Nice big apt style rooms! Loved the kitchen and amenities. Washer and dryer is another bonus! Parking and the check in process was easy. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have white towels. When I stay somewhere I like to have white towels. Call me picky but to me when I see white it just makes me feel like I’m using a clean towel. Other than that everything was good!

Are you thinking about staying in a hotel? Why? What you should be thinking is Why do you hate yourself when you could be staying in a home away from home?? The service is absolutely top tier. The accommodations are outstanding. The location is very convenient. There's a bar/pub located by the facility if you felt so inclined. They are a local brewery and looked like they offered game nights. If you plan to cook bring a pan or two. That was the only thing I lacked. Wasn't a concern for me i only stayed 2 days but absolutely would do this again and wish it was more wide spread. Check in is by text there isn't a front office but they're super quick to respond. 11/10

We needed a place to stay last minute due to family emergency! We live in Va Beach and did not expect to have to make this trip. The host was amazing and very accommodating, especially since it was after 10:00pm. Thank you for your quick response and hospitality meant a lot.

I had a great weekend in Roanoke staying at the West End Flats. The apartment was adorable and spotless. Plenty of grass and sidewalks for dog walking, too. Definitely recommend!

Had a great 3 night stay with my wife, our baby, and our dog. The room layout was cool, location was perfect(we were in town for a wedding), and being attached to a brewery is a plus. Price was really reasonable and checking in was easy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Roanoke, especially if you have a dog with you. Side note: There was a washer and dryer in our unit which was nice to have but only worked on the hot water setting(shrunk a few T-shirts, oops!), so check before using if you’re staying here.

Stayed at West End Flats and it exceeded expectations! Queen size memory foam beds were super comfy, and the fully furnished kitchen was a bonus. Loved hanging out in the courtyard - perfect spot to unwind. Kudos to the guest services team for checking in on me, made me feel right at home! Location is prime, downtown's a breeze to get to, and the price was unbeatable compared to other hotels nearby. Will definitely be back, highly recommend!"

Had a great night here. The rate was ridiculously reasonable for a large one bedroom. After three days of hiking along the parkway, the washer and dryer were a huge plus. I didn’t prepare any meals, but the kitchen looked nicely set up. The coffee machine worked great. And big added plus, the vending machines actually contained a variety of seltzers. They were too expensive at $3/can, but to even have that option in this club soda desert was a small miracle. Would definitely come back. And if you come through, definitely stop in to AFOG.

Great location. Love having the brewery on site. Well appointed kitchen with all the essentials. Everything was in good condition and very clean.
